We will still assist any and all Hearthstone customers on parts if possible even if not purchased through our store. Please call us for our actual price on Hearthstone stoves as the prices posted are MSRP and not what we sell them for. We are required by Hearthstone to display their prices.

When Purchasing Osburn, Heartstone, Vermont Castings or Sierra products please copy the coupon code for each unit and paste it into the coupon section when purchasing. This will bring the stove down to our actual price and not the retail price that we are required to display from these manufactures.

1- Register(After 18 month of inactivity your account will be deleted)

2- Place item in cart. Continue shopping or checkout. Enter coupon code if required. If you require shipping of a stove please select your state from our shipping or local delivery page. If your state is not here please provide us a zip code and we will provide you a cost with in 24 hrs.

3- Select shipping address. Be sure that you added a state or local delievry from the Freight and local delivery section of our site in order to have your products sent out.

4- Select shipping method. If you are picking the product up, we are delivering or you selected a state then select local delivery. If it is a item that is using UPS then select the appropriate UPS mode you wish to use. All products over 80lbs(wood stoves,fireplaces, most gas grills) cannot use UPS. Shipping must be paid for before product will be sent out.

5- Confirm order and provide any additional information.

6-Agree to terms of service.

7- Payment - If using a credit card you have to go to the bottom of the paypal screen to use the credit card payment method. You do not need a paypal account to use this method.

Please allow 7 - 15 days for shipments to arrive. If we are out of stock on a item we will contact you and inform you on when it will be in and when it will be shipped out. Parts ordered from the manufacture may take longer to arrive and will require longer shipping time as we will have to wait for the product to arrive.

We can provide service for the Woodstoves that we sell up to 75 miles from our store. We do not service woodstoves, gas products or grills outside of this area. We can ship you parts but you will be required to install them.

Items being freighted will be sent to the nearest freight dock to your zip code using USF Holland or UPS Freight. Whichever we can get at the lowest cost for you. If you wish for it to be brought directly to your home address then their will be additional costs for this seervice.
